Neighbourhood-level social networking app seeks to bring Emirati communities closer

Friends who grew up in Dubai, came up with the idea after seeing the pandemic disrupt social interaction even more among people of the same localities.
Cooperation and organisation among residents has been crucial to drive public awareness about social distancing measures in every part of the world. The app called Hayi means neighbourhood in Arabic, and seeks to strengthen community level collaborations for social initiatives in future.
