Dubai police app deploys smart tech to alert motorists about accidents to avoid traffic snarls

The city’s authorities have adopted the innovation to streamline movement within the city as it moves forward on the path to become a smart city.
Smart cities need smart solutions and Dubai’s police are using technology proactively ever since the world’s first smart police station was launched in the city in 2017. The new feature on their app will notify drivers about road blocks and car crashes to divert unnecessary traffic away from affected routes.
